If you are not completely happy with your rug, you can arrange to return it to us and we will provide a refund providing it is in the same condition.

UK Delivery is free (except for Highlands and Channel islands). Items that are in stock are generally delivered within 7 days unless stated otherwise. Items that are not in stock have to be made to order, which can take up to 60 days. Please double check product availability before ordering as it differs for different designs, colourways and sizes.
Shipping prices and timescales for Global delivery (and Highlands and Channel Islands) are available on request. Please email rug@rugcandy.co.uk
Our returns policy is applicable for up to 14 days after delivery. If you return the rug to us within this timescale we can offer a refund or exchange providing our conditions are met.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be either in the original packaging or packaged in the same way, ensuring the package is properly secured. (Please roll the rug if this is how you received it as folding may cause damage.) You will be responsible for organising and paying for the rug to be returned to us.

Please notify us at rug@rugcandy.co.uk if you wish to return an item, and please provide a tracking number if you are using a courier service.
We do not offer returns on sale products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the stated number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, please pack up your rug in the same packaging as it was sent in or similar, ensuring the package is properly secured. If you received the rug rolled, please return it rolled and do not fold it. We recommend you use a respected courier service to organise your return, and please provide us with the tracking number. Alternatively you can return the rug in person. The return address is: Bazaar Velvet, 2 New Kings Road, LONDON, SW6 4SA, United Kingdom. You are expected to return items at you own expense.
